The St. Monica’s Episcopal Church Women’s group is committed to serving the Lord through worship, study, spiritual gifts, and service. They organize fundraising events annually to support outreach and charitable organizations in the community and the diocese, including Council on Aging, Manna Food Bank, Favor House, and Wilmer Hall.
Are you interested in supporting the women of St. Monica’s in their community projects? You can do so by attending their spring and fall markets! Here, vendors rent parking lot space to sell their goods, while the Episcopal Church Women (ECW) sponsor a rummage sale area and sell food. The funds generated from these events go towards various community projects. To learn more, feel free to contact the ECW President.
Our chapter is apart of the National Episcopal Church Women which is a ministry of the Episcopal Church that promotes women’s rights and the Christian values of God and family. They believe in a loving, liberating, and life-giving God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, which is at the core of the Episcopalians’ faith. ECW supports women’s ministry and children’s programs globally. These initiatives provide food, education, and community grants. The goal is to cultivate a Christ-centered stewardship for future generations.
